Op 19 januari 2023 promoveerde dr. Carolien van Alphen aan de Vrije Universiteit op haar proefschrift getiteld ‘Unraveling the phosphoproteome: towards clinical application of phosphoproteomics of acute myeloid leukemia’ onder begeleiding van prof. dr. C.R. Jimenez (Oncoproteomics Laboratory, afdeling Medische Oncologie, Amsterdam UMC, locatie Vumc) en copromotoren prof. dr. J. Cloos (afdeling Hematologie, Amsterdam UMC, locatie Vumc) en dr. J.J.W.M. Janssen (afdeling Hematologie, Radboudumc). De belangrijkste bevindingen in haar onderzoek worden hier besproken.
