Op 31 januari 2022 promoveerde Floor Heubel-Moenen aan het Maastricht UMC+ op haar proefschrift ‘Diagnostics and mechanisms of hemostasis in patients with mild bleeding disorders and thrombocytopenia’, onder begeleiding van promotores prof. dr. E.A.M. Beckers en prof. dr. ir. Y.M.C. Henskens. De belangrijkste bevindingen van haar proefschrift worden hier besproken.
