De HOVON 161-studie is een gerandomiseerde fase II- non-inferioriteitsstudie, waarin in-het-ziekenhuis-geproduceerde CAR-T-cellen worden vergeleken met commerciële CAR-T-cellen bij patiënten met recidief/refractair grootcellig B-cellymfoom na twee eerdere lijnen therapie. De HOVON 161-studie is sinds oktober 2022 geopend voor inclusie in Nederland.
