Op 13 juni 2023 promoveerde dr. Kristine Frerichs aan het Amsterdam UMC, locatie VUmc, op haar proefschrift getiteld ‘Improving immunotherapeutic treatment strategies for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients’ onder begeleiding van promotoren prof. dr. N.W.C.J. van de Donk en prof. dr. T. Mutis, en copromotor prof. dr. S. Zweegman (allen: afdeling Hematologie, Amsterdam UMC). De belangrijkste bevindingen van haar onderzoek worden hier besproken.
