Recentelijk is de NVvH-richtlijn ‘Aplastische anemie’ gepubliceerd. Deze richtlijn beoogt meer inzicht te geven in de diagnostiek, behandeling en follow-up van volwassen patiënten met verworven aplastische anemie. Daarnaast worden aanbevelingen gedaan voor immuunsuppressieve behandeling bij patiënten ≥60 jaar, zwangerschapswens na immuunsuppressieve behandeling en hoe om te gaan met de combinatie aplastische anemie en paroxysmale nocturnale hemoglobinurie.
